Refund times when paying with Credit/Debit card #
Stripe (the payment processor used at THRaudio) typically takes 5-10 business days for a refund to appear in the customer’s account, but this can vary depending on the bank’s processing time.
Stripe submits the refund request to the customer’s bank immediately, but the bank then needs time to process it.
PayPal Refunds #
PayPal refund processing times vary depending on the original payment method.
If you paid with a debit or credit card, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
If you paid with a bank account, it typically takes 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal balance.
If you paid with your PayPal balance, the refund will be credited to your balance on the same day.
